This project, completed by Cape Breton Improvements Ltd., included the addition of on oak entrance to the existing home and included a round verandah roof (see photo 1). This new area gave the family additional space where they can enjoy the outdoors in any weather and shield themselves and arriving visitors during inclement weather conditions. To add to the appeal of this project, calibrated flagstone was used on the verandah, steps and walkway (see photo 2). Decorative trim around the verandah roof (see photo 3) enhanced the finished look of the project and added a unique decorative look to the home (see photo 4).
