The project that PBM undertook with this renovation in Seabright was to build an additional piece onto an existing home, while giving the entire home a more modern look and feel. This renovation included a number of components (see photos 1 & 2). The addition was built to allow more living space in the family's home and to provide better use of the existing area. Stunning hardwood flooring was installed by PBM's team of renovators on the interior of the home, as the family felt this would be the best choice for their needs. New windows and doors, including two bay windows in the front of the home were installed. In addition to these changes, it was necessary for the family to have new roofing and chimneys systems added at this time as both were in need of extensive repair. Cedar shingles were used for the exterior, a preference of this company for the benefits the product has to offer, in addition to the beautiful look it gives a home. To make the project complete (see photos 3 & 4), a deck was built on the front of the home where the family will now be able to sit and enjoy the extraordinary view of the water and its surroundings. |
